At Gaia Iluka, we are committed to delivering products of exceptional quality.

Due to the nature of our products (food items), we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, except in cases where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders  
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@gaiailuka.com.

To assist you, please include:
- Your order number  
- Clear photos of the product and packaging  

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items  
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or used products  
- Perishable goods  
- Gift sets once opened  

Refund Processing  
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellations  
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders are processed and cannot be modified or canceled.
