4. Ordering and when the contract is made
You order by choosing products, entering delivery details and choosing a payment method. The contract is made when we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot supply a product, for example because it is out of stock, we tell you without delay and refund any payment within 3 business days.
5. Prices and payment
Prices and shipping fees are shown in Korean won, and you see the final amount before you pay. You can pay with the payment methods offered in the store.
6. Purchase safety service
When you pay in cash, for example by bank transfer, you can use the purchase safety (escrow) service of Toss Payments Co., Ltd., with which we are registered, so that your payment is released to us only after delivery.
7. Shipping
Delivery areas, fees and times follow our shipping policy.
8. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Cancellations, withdrawals, exchanges, returns and refunds follow our refund policy and Korea's E-Commerce Consumer Protection Act.
9. Gift cards
- Gift cards are sent by email and can be used for purchases in the store up to their value.
- Gift cards have no expiry date.
- You can cancel an unused gift card within 7 days of buying it for a full refund.
- The holder of a gift card can ask for the remaining balance in cash once at least 60% of the value has been used (at least 80% for gift cards of ₩10,000 or less).
- Apart from point 4, gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
10. Purchases by minors
If a minor makes a purchase without the consent of their legal guardian, the minor or the guardian may cancel the contract.
11. Personal information
We process your personal information under our privacy policy.
12. Product information
Olive oil is a natural product, so its taste, colour and aroma can vary between harvests. If a product differs from its description or advertising, we handle it under our refund policy.
13. Your obligations
Please enter accurate information when you order, do not use other people's information, and do not interfere with the running of the store.
14. Intellectual property
The rights to the store's content, including images, text and trademarks, belong to us or their rightful owners. You may not copy, distribute or use them commercially without permission.
15. Limitation of liability
We are not liable when force majeure, such as a natural disaster, prevents us from providing the service. This does not apply to damage caused by our intent or negligence.
16. Disputes
We deal with your complaints and opinions first. You may also apply for mediation to the Korea Consumer Agency or the Electronic Document and Transaction Dispute Mediation Committee.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and transactions between us are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Lawsuits about disputes between us fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court for your address at the time the suit is filed, or your place of residence if you have no address. If your address or residence is unclear at that time, or you live abroad, the suit is filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
Effective date
These terms apply from 19 October 2026. Previous version: 15 to 18 October 2026.
