Cancellation policy

1. Current purchase options
Gaia Iluka does not currently offer subscriptions, pre-orders or other deferred purchase options. Every order is a one-time purchase, paid in full at checkout.

2. If we add a purchase option
Before you pay, the product page and checkout will show its price, delivery schedule, any minimum term and how to cancel. We will update this policy at least 7 days before such an option becomes available.

3. Cancelling an order
Cancellations, withdrawals and refunds follow our refund policy and Korea's E-Commerce Consumer Protection Act.
