Shipping policy

1. Where we ship
Anywhere in South Korea. We do not ship abroad at present.

2. Courier
We ship with CJ Logistics (CJ대한통운).

3. Shipping fee
₩5,000 per order, free for orders of ₩130,000 or more, with no surcharge for Jeju or the islands.

4. Dispatch and delivery
Orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment (excluding weekends and public holidays) and usually arrive 1–3 business days after dispatch. Jeju and the islands can take 1–2 days longer.

5. Tracking
When your order ships, we email you the tracking number.

6. Your address
Please check your delivery details. If a parcel comes back because of an incorrect address, resending it may cost an extra shipping fee.
